Broadland Holiday Village are proud to bring you one of Suffolk's premier health & fitness clubs.

The leisure club boasts a 16 meter indoor heated swimming pool and separate baby pool with relaxation area and sauna. All under 16 years of age must vacate the pool at 6pm every day and all under 15's must be accompanied by an adult when going for a swim. The use of these are included in your holiday cost.

There is also a fully equipped fitness studio which can be used by all those over 16 years of age for £3 per session.

Our clubhouse is situated beside the broad and the newly refurbised main bar offers picturesque views across the water. Food is served lunchtimes and evenings, with a Sunday Carvery, and the local Adnams beer is well worth trying. If you wish to book a table in advance please call 01502 500895.

A pool table is available all year round and during the main school holidays there is a children's games room and twice weekly live entertainment.

If you wish to bring your own boat with you on holiday we have mooring and quay storage facilities in our private marina. Day boats can be hired from Nicholas Everitt park, a short walk from the site.

Fishing is available free of charge from the end of our quays. All you need is a River Authority Fishing Licence and a fishing rod! Please note that there is a closed season for fishing between 16 March and 16 June.
