Modern Static Caravans set on secluded lawns running down to Oulton Broad our modern static caravans are the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing family holiday.

Available from Easter to the end of October our caravans have either two or three bedrooms.

They are fully equipped with gas cooker, refrigerator and microwave in the kitchen and the lounges have a gas fire, digital television with Freeview channels and DVD player. Other heating is by electric panel heaters. All services are included in your holiday cost.

Each caravan has a shower room, W.C. and hot and cold running water.

Duchess: Sleeps 2: Great for a couple. One double room plus a small twin bedded room.

Princess: Sleeps 4*: Perfect for the small family. One double and one twin bedded room. Central heating included.

Prince: Sleeps 6*: Ideal for the larger family. One double and two twin bedded rooms.

*Extra Persons: Princess will sleep 6 with the 5th and 6th persons using a small double bed settee. Prince caravan will sleep 8 with the 7th and 8th persons using a small double bed settee.
