Comfortably Fitted Accomodation
Our cosy solid brick bungalow are the perfect 'home from home' all year round.
Set on lawns running down to Oulton Broad, we have six different sizes of bungalow from one bedroom to four bedroom. All have a separate lounge with digital television with Freeview channels and DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen has electric cooker, refridgerator and microwave. The bathrooms have W.C. and a bath with a shower over.
The heating is by storage heater in the lounge, the electricity for which is included in the cost of the holiday.
Convector heaters in the bedrooms and all other electricity in the bungalow is paid for by card meter, cards for which can be purchased when you arrive.
As we would hate for you to leave a member of your family at home, we do allow one small pet in most of our bungalows.
There are four car parks located throughout the site where you can leave your car.
Broadside: Sleeps 2: Perfect for a couple with one double room.
Broadsrest: Sleeps 3: Ideal for the small party. One double and one single room.
Broadshaven: Sleeps 4: Great for a small family. One double room and one bunk-bedded room.
Broadsmead/Broadsvilla: Sleeps 4: Large and comfortable with one double and one twin room.
Broadsedge: Sleeps 6: Roomy three bedroom bungalow with one double, one twin and one bunk-bedded room.
Broadslodge: Sleeps 8: Spacious four bedroom bungalow with one double, one twin and two bunk-bedded rooms. There is also a bathroom and shower room each with W.C.
Retreat Bungalow: For that romantic break away why not treat yourself to our special bungalow with four poster bed and large lounge.
Extra Persons: Broadsmead bungalow will sleep 5 with the 5th person using a Z-bed. Broadsvilla bunglow will sleep 6 with the 5th and 6th persons using a double bed settee. Broadsedge will sleep 7 with the 7th person using a Z-bed.

- cots and high chairs are avaliable at £10 each per week
- Please Note: Our park is flat and we can provide ramps to gain wheelchair access to the bungalows, but the interiors are not suitable for anyone who is wheelchair bound.
